my quick and delicious lebanese recipes

I love lebanese food, so great taste and healty with many vegetables. Lebanese food is not fatty compared to many others.

2 years ago I decided to go on diet and I lost 14 kilos (something like 2 stones and 3 lbs), I am very careful of avoiding excess of oil or sugar in my diet.

In this blog, I present lebanese recipes, some of them I have modified myself, reducing fat or sugar.
